The property features two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dining area and living room, as well as an additional bathroom serving the common areas. Breakfast is available upon prior request and at an extra cost. Other important information: the mountain views enhance the serene setting, while the central location allows you easy walking access to main tourist attractions, restaurants, supermarkets, and local shops. Parking is free on site and in the surrounding areas. Events are not allowed on the property. Nearby, you will find several kilometres of Ecovia along the Lima river, an 18-hole golf course, canoeing and horse riding schools, as well as other nature activities, such as visiting the Lagoas de Bertiandos and S. Pedro de Arcos, a protected landscape area with several trails to explore. The hosts live nearby, but not in the reserved house, ensuring your privacy and assistance whenever needed.
